Home Jewels Co pays import taxes and duties on your behalf. In the rare event that these charges are passed on to you, please get in touch with us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you are unhappy, you have the right to cancel and return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 14 days of receiving the order back from the customer. Your bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account.​​

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning an item. Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount might be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of the order has been reduced.​

We recommend that you send items either signed for or recorded delivery, so the item can be tracked. Home Jewels Co will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf. If we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location.​

​We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting, or have not followed the recommended returns instructions.​

If the products you return have been gift-wrapped using our gift service, we will not provide a refund for the price you have paid for the gift service.

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact us at homejewelsco@gmail.com - we would require photographs of the damaged items, and then arrange for these items to be sent back to us and we will refund you postage costs and send you out a replacement. Without receiving the items back , we cannot send out replacement products.​

Faulty items need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving them.​

Please note that as permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of goods within 1-4 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.​

Order Amendments or Cancellations

To cancel an order you must notify us by email or telephone ( 07875636830 ) that you wish to exercise your right to cancel as soon as possible; where applicable, please keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your records.

If the products have already been dispatched or you have already received them, you must return them to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated the cancellation of your order. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning an item

If you are exercising your right to change/amend your order, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products and any applicable delivery charges to the credit or debit card, or other payment method you used to pay. We will process the refund without delay and, in any event, not later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or (b) if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back, or you have supplied evidence of having returned the products to us (whichever is the earliest).

We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted.
